Returns & Exchanges
Our Guarantee: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. Dog beds, dens and toys should never appear damaged in any form or fashion. Upon arrival of your items, please inspect them carefully and contact us immediately if there appears to be anything of concern.
When it comes to cookies, cakes and other specialty edible treats we guarantee the safety and ingredients of the products as provided to us by the bakers themselves. Please understand that we do everything possible to limit breakage of these delicate items, however it does occasionally happen. If upon arrival and inspection your items do not meet with your approval, above and beyond minimal breakage, please contact us immediately.
Alumadens are not returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or problem caused by the shipper. Please make sure you contact us within 7 days of receipt of these products to ensure this guarantee does not become null and void.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: We want to be sure that every product leaving our facility meets your standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise.

How to Return: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lost In Lounge purchase. If, however, you find it necessary to return or exchange items, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, packaging in which they were received. Send returns to:

Please include a list of what is being returned, why it is being returned, and whether you would like a refund, in store credit or exchange. If requesting an exchange please list the item you would like sent instead. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Things to Remember:
The tough, durable Zogoflex products, the Hurley, Huck, Zisc and Tux do come with a one-time replacement guarantee. Please contact customer service for more information on this guarantee.
On beds and other toys, normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore are not covered under our guarantee. We recommend supervised play for all our toys.
